I’m Dan—the founder of Unite Law. I started this firm with a simple but powerful belief: that strong relationships, honest communication, and a deep commitment to people can make a real difference in the legal experience.

Whether I'm working with clients, supporting my team, or giving back to the community, everything I do is grounded in dedication. I’m passionate about helping individuals and businesses navigate their legal challenges with clarity, confidence, and care.

I was born and raised in Milford, where I spent my early years working on commercial fishing boats out of the harbor. That experience taught me the value of grit, responsibility, and showing up for the people around you—values that continue to guide me today. Milford is where Unite Law got its start, and I now live in North Branford with my wife, Jennifer, our daughter, Kennedy, our son, August, and our beloved dog, Josie.

I’m a proud graduate of Fairfield Prep, earned my bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Fordham University, and went on to receive my law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

Outside the office, you’ll find me coaching my kids’ soccer, softball, baseball, and basketball teams, skiing, reading, working out, doing yoga, hiking, or enjoying live music. Josie is usually in the office window keeping watch—and she’ll probably be the first to welcome you when you stop by.
